ABOUT
Hi,
my name is Alina, and I would like to accompany you on your journey.

I am originally from Germany, but I don’t know where my future home is going to be quite yet. I got my master’s degree in psychology at Radboud University in Nijmegen (Netherlands) and have gone through quite a journey myself since then, personally as well as professionally.
I took several further training and read lots and lots of books and research papers so that by now, I’m not only a psychologist, I am
- a life coach,
- plant-based (vegan) nutritionist,
- vital substance adviser,
- relationship counselor,
- positive psychology practitioner,
- meditation and mindfulness teacher, as well as
- a forest and nature therapist.
I I understand well-being and health as something that is affected by many things. Every part of the body and the mind are not just connected; they are one. So the absence of health cannot be seen as originating in one place, which we can heal to be healthy. Instead, health and well-being have to be approached holistically. That is precisely what I am trying to do, and science is on my side with this. More and more research in various fields shows how vital every single area of our lives can be when it comes to health and well-being. Moreover, I want to move away from a deficit-oriented point of view and towards a positive perspective: Increase what makes you healthy and happy instead of just decreasing what harms you.

As of August 2021, I will be traveling the world to grow a little more myself. That means I won’t be able to offer any of my services in person for a while. However, you can still take my online courses, which I’ll keep developing so that new ones will become available regularly.
